I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the Boss ECM-IB-11500-PRO air cooler, which I purchased in the last week of May 2025. The cooler functioned efficiently for the first 20 days and met my expectations in terms of performance.
However, I regret to inform you that for the past four days, the cooler is not cooling effectively. Although the fan and water pump appear to be working, the overall cooling performance has significantly dropped, making it difficult to use in the current heatwave conditions.
I kindly request you to arrange for inspection and servicing of the unit at your earliest convenience, as it is still well within the warranty period. Please advise the next steps for repair or replacement, if required.

I have old boss company washing machine and using since 20 years…it works perfect only I changed its machine belt 4 or 5 times only. Now I want to replace it with new one. It is requesting you to place replace this and adjustable amount I will pay… regards Dr Anwar Qureshi Karachi

However, despite more than a week having passed, I have not received any response, service, or follow-up from your side. I have also sent reminder messages, but unfortunately, there has been no reply.
This delay in addressing my complaint is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially for a product under warranty. I request you to take immediate action and resolve this matter at the earliest.
If my complaint is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action against the company to safeguard my consumer rights.
I expect a confirmation of this email and a clear timeline for the resolution of my complaint.
